COMMUNICATION! We believe that strong communication encourages each and every one of our employees and subcontractors to become accountable and engaged. We begin every day with a team meeting to do a job hazard analysis, identify specific job hazards, and ensure everyone has an understanding scope of work.
Once each team member has a clear understanding of their duties the work begins and we begin tracking project progress.
At the end of each day we make sure the worksite is left clean, everyone is accounted for, and safety mitigation and any environmental measures are in place.
