CHALLENGING AND COMPLEX CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with overrun budgets and extended timelines. It negatively impacts the entirety of the project and the teams working on it. We do our due diligence during the tender process to quote accurately and build in a budget for contingency. Making sure we complete the project in the timeline and budget we agreed to so we can move to the next job.

Heavy Civil We can help with highway construction, roadway and site work projects. Including earthworks, placing asphalt, concrete, MSE walls, Municipal water, sanitary & utilities.

Hydro We can help with surveying, rite-of-way preparation, procurement, civil construction, penstock installation, welding, coating, inspection and mechanical. Past experience with 24” all the way up to 132” diameter penstock

OIL & GAS/FACILITY We can install 2” to 12” steel and HDPE pipelines, single and multi well tie-ins. We can help with well pad construction, the installation of separators, tank farms, wellhead piping, group headers, single and multi well batteries, compressor sites, associated process piping and reclamation. QMS approved from ABSA.

Tailgate Meeting

COMMUNICATION! We believe that strong communication encourages each and every one of our employees and subcontractors to become accountable and engaged. We begin every day with a team meeting to do a job hazard analysis, identify specific job hazards, and ensure that everyone has an understanding of the scope of work ahead.

Proceed with work

Once each team member has a clear understanding of their duties the work begins and we begin tracking project progress.

End of Day Assessment

At the end of each day we make sure the worksite is left clean, everyone is accounted for, and safety mitigation and any environmental measures are in place.
